XUXU is made up of two young artists, Diego Acaqui and Adam Munnings, both living and working in the buzzing, eccentric city of Tokyo. Their day-to-day lives are filled with an exciting mix of modeling, event production, Dj gigs and whatever else these creative two take on. From music and nightlife to fashion and style, there is never a dull moment with XUXU.

ＸＵＸＵはDiego AcaquiとAdam Munningsの二人の若いアーチストで構成されており、二人とも賑やかな東京に住んでいます。彼らの日常の生活はモデル、イベント制作、ＤＪ等、この二人が独創的に着手する様々な事柄で満ち溢れています。音楽やナイトライフからファッションやスタイルに至るまでＸＵＸＵに退屈な瞬間などは全くありません。

Diego Acaqui

Diego was born in San Paulo, Brazil and relocated to Tokyo at the age of 17. Diego’s modelling career soon took off after being scouted by stylist Tsuyoshi Nimira for a Viviane Westwood editorial. From then on in, Diego became a familiar face, appearing in numerous men’s fashion magazines and gracing the runway for top brands like CHANEL and John Galliano in Paris and Tokyo. Alongside model Elli-rose, Diego started the DJ unit VanCliffe-D and began producing the event YOUNG LOVERS at Le Baron De Paris. Now spinning as XUXU, you can find Diego behind the decks at fashion parties and club events.

Diego、ブラジルのサンパウロの生まれで17歳の時に東京に移住して来ました。Diegoがその後まもなくモデルとしてのデビューを果たしたのはスタイリストの二村毅によってViviane Westwoodの特集にスカウトされてからの事でした。それ以来、彼は多数のメンズファッション雑誌に登場し、パリ及び東京におけるCHANELやJohn Galliano等のトップブランドのステージを飾るようになり、人気を集めるようになりました。Diegoは、モデルのElli-roseとともに、ＤＪユニットのVan Cliffe.Dを結成、パリのLe Baron De Parisで「YOUNG LOVERS」と題したイベント制作を開始しました。現在はＸＵＸＵとして様々なファッションパーティーやクラブイベントのＤＪとして活躍しています。

Adam Munnings

Adam was born in Tasmania, Australia and discovered his passion for art, music and fashion at a young age first deciding to study dance and pursue a professional career. After completing various dance contracts around the world Adam now lives and works in Tokyo, Japan. Adam works as a model with EXILES/HYPE and along with his DJ work as XUXU, Adam produces an event called FUCKING FRIDAY. Working as a dancer and choreographer, Adam has performed on stage and television in Japan and is also a Teacher at FAB Academy Tokyo.

Adamはオーストラリアのタスマニアで生まれ、まだ若いうちから音楽やファッションに目覚め、先ずはダンスを習得する事から始めてプロとしてキャリアを積み重ねて行きました。世界各国で様々なダンス契約を締結した後、現在では日本、東京に住み、そこを拠点に仕事をしています。AdamはＸＵＸＵのＤＪであるとともにEXILES/HYPEのモデルの仕事もこなしており、「ＦUCKING FRIDAY」と呼ばれるイベントも制作しています。ダンサー兼振付師として活躍する傍ら、アダムは日本の舞台やテレビにも出演しており、ＦＡＢアカデミー東京の教師でもあります。
